This smoothie is a great way to get some calcium and fiber into your day – and to use up that can of pumpkin in your pantry!
1 c canned pumpkin
1 c skim milk
2T maple syrup
1/3 tsp nutmeg
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c ice
Blend all ingredients except for the ice until smooth. Add ice. OCntinue to blend until thick and creamy. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired.
